About Us...
David Drew
Co-Founder, is responsible for strategy, marketing and sales. With a background in Financial Services (Lloyd’s, AXA) spanning 23 years, in 1998 David founded DREW Management Consulting with Clients in Financial Services, Telecomms, Internet and Media, supporting Board level clients deliver organisational change programmes. Following exceptional growth and facing the prospect of burnout himself, David took a sabbatical in 2001 during which time he was introduced to Katherine. David trained as a Healer under Katherine’s tutorship before starting Chillout Events in 2002. He has a Financial Services degree and a Masters Degree in Change Management. He enjoys sailing his Island Packet and playing in an Irish pub-band.
Katherine Cooper
Co-Founder, is responsible for Programmes and Operations, including selection and accreditation of our Panel of Therapists. Before jointly starting Chillout with David, Katherine had a varied business career, starting successful businesses in Import and Export, Beauty and Healing both in the UK and Spain. Katherine is a 3rd generation healer, with considerable experience in helping high-achievers restore drive and energy. Her interests include Chinese Brush Painting and Interior Design.
The Chillout Team
Administration support, in our Worthing based premises, is provided by Peter, Cathy, Ann and Mike.
