Co-Founder, David Drew MA ACII

David has extensive experience of Claims Management through a number of hands-on and Claims Management roles at Lloyds’s, AXA (formerly GRE) and Royal London (formerly United Assurance.) This is supported by several years Change Management experience in Insurance and as Principal of DREW Management Consulting, his million pound turnover consulting practice. David established Chillout Events Ltd to offer Wellbeing Services and Complementary Therapies as a fully bonded ABTA/ATOL Tour Company.

David’s experience includes:

• Over 15 years Catastophic Personal Injury Claims Handling
• Over 10 years Claims Management experience
• Chairman, UK Claims Managers Association
• Lecturer in Insurances of Liability for Chartered Insurance Institute
• Lloyd’s Motor Underwriters Association Claims Representative
• Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACII)
• Master’s Degree in Change Management (University of Brighton)
• 5 years as an independent Change Management Consultant
• Founder and Company Director of Wellbeing Provider Chillout Events Ltd

Katherine’s experience includes:

• 25 years as Beautician and Complementary Therapist
• 15 years experience of healing in Spain and Portugal
