Reiki

The practitioner acts as a 'conduit' through whom the natural, universal healing energy passes. Your body, both energetic and physical, uses this energy to assist healing and balancing. The practitioner works either by a light, static, placing of hands over the main energy points of your clothed body, or can work above you.

Sacro-Cranial Therapy

This is a non-invasive therapy where the practitioner detects the pulsations of the spinal fluid on different parts of the body. Sensing where blocks exist, gentle and slow movements are made to enable dissipate them. It helps free restrictions in the fascia and membranes that support the brain and nerves.  This allows for freer circulation of lubricating, conducting and supporting cerebro-spinal fluids.  As the restrictions resolve deep relaxation occurs as biological electro-magnetic energy flows more coherently.
