Tai-Chi

Tai-Chi

Slow, relaxed, focussed movements are practiced to improve the circulation of the 'Chi' or natural energy of the body. The movements have a meditative quality about them. They have a benefit on the brain, the lymphatic system and the body's joints. Most people report a feeling of relaxation after Tai Chi and often a 'buzzing' sensation is felt, this being the increased 'Chi' or energy in the body.
